- Applicant shall request for divers permit through a letter to the district officer.
- The applicant shall submit the list of divers for the permission to involve in the business and the following documents are mandatory to submitted to obtain the permission letter:-
- Copy of Divers ID
- Copy of divers certificate
- The officer in-charge shall check and verify the documents collected. Consequently, the officer in charge shall update the information details into the system.
- The officer shall maintains the application records in the file.
- The officer in charge shall print the permit the list of divers engage in the business and shall forwards it to the Assistant Director in the district office.
- The Assistant Director in the district office shall verify and sign the permission letter for the list of divers involves in the business.
